As I was packing up baby J's order, I decided to share a second sneak peek from his session. I peeked at him today as his mom came t pick up his order. He has gotten so much bigger since his session! It's amazing how that can happen in just a few weeks!
Baby "K's" mother called me several months ago to book his newborn portraits. She was so organized in planning the session in advance.... and then little "K" decided to arrive 5 weeks early. We bumped the session up! His session was wonderful. He was nice and sleepy...letting me mold him however which way I wanted. Here is is at two weeks old at only five pounds....
The mom of this family always does such a nice job with the kids' clothes! By the end of the session, the kids were ready to hide my camera from me (JK)... but their patience paid off. Mom will have some fun portaits to choose from....
This little man just really didn't want to go to sleep. Look how alert he is! At only a few weeks old, he should have zonked out much earlier than he did during the session. He did fall fast asleep toward the end of the session. Hopeully he stayed asleep to allow for a comfortable ride home :) His big sister was such a happy little ball of energy. She's only 20 months old and she was so social and fun to photograph. Thanks for the fun session!
I photographed this family three years ago.... to the date (Labor Day.) I was floored when these boys walked through my door. The older two were taller than both of their parents! They went from little boys to young men in three short years. They were all so kind, respectful and I well-mannered. They didn't give me a hard time at all during their session! They weren't counting down the minutes of when it would be over and they weren't giving their mom a hard time like the typical teenage male would do. :) Hats off to their parents for doing something right! ok.... after all of the compliments, I realize that I'm showing a picture with no smiles, but I like their expressions, so I'm sharing it!
"S" was such a happy little guy! He just turned six months old. This little trooper lasted almost twice as long as I would have expected him to last for a portrait session. More fun portraits to come....
